Bath Directions:
Empty 1/2 Bottle (or 1 whole for quicker results) into your bath water. Meditate while soaking, or use affirmations. Focus completely on what you wants and desires.
Body Wash Directions:
Mix entire bottle with the body wash of your choosing, or pour some into a sponge or loofah, with the body wash of your choosing. These washes do not lather like soap, so if you use as a body wash it is best to mix with soap that does lather.
